This year, we’ve once again partnered with MICE&More magazine—and for the first time, our joint media project “Secret Buyer” has gone international! What began as a local initiative in Russia has now expanded beyond borders, with community members testing Z.Brothers Chauffeur Service in three vibrant capitals: Minsk, Cairo, and Doha.
This isn’t just a routine quality check—it’s an immersive look into the full customer journey: from seamless booking and hotel pickup to the ride itself and honest feedback. Each participant stepped into the role of both passenger and expert, evaluating every detail of the experience.
