Over the course of five days, the Z.Brothers team coordinated more than 180 transfers, with up to 13 vehicles operating simultaneously during peak periods and a team of more than 15 coordinators overseeing the project. Coordinators ensure that drivers receive up-to-date information, vehicles arrive at the right place and at the right time, and any changes to the event programme are reflected in the transportation schedule. They serve as the link between the client, drivers, guests and the wider transportation operation, enabling the team to respond quickly and make informed decisions when circumstances change.
