How does the chauffeur service work in China and the UAE?
Why is there a cult of money so prevalent in China?
And what does “a buffet without unnecessary people” really mean?
On April 19, a cozy yet insightful event took place at the office of Z.Brothers, in collaboration with the Association of Professional Assistants (https://apa-assistants.com). The gathering focused on international communication and the challenges that arise when working with representatives from different cultures.
The session was opened by Anna Gromova (https://t.me/Anna_Gromova_LifeJournal), President of the Association, who outlined the key topics of the meeting and emphasized the importance of cultural awareness in professional settings.
She highlighted a crucial point: “Today, assistants with developed cultural intelligence are valued in the market by 30–40% more.” Anna stressed that understanding the nuances of international interaction is no longer just a “nice-to-have” — it has become a must for modern professionals.
Other speakers included:
– Elena Vazulina, Deputy General Director of Z.Brothers, who shared insights on how to organize a perfect business trip tailored to regional specifics;
– Daria Kokorina, an expert on China, who revealed the secrets of Chinese business etiquette;
– Andrey Nesterov, CEO of Gallery to Go (https://www.g2go.ru), who demonstrated how culinary culture can open doors to successful business relationships.
We would like to thank all the guests and speakers for their engaging presentations, practical workshops, and the positive energy they brought to the event.
P.S. In addition to the delightful buffet provided by our partners, each guest had the opportunity to take part in a photo shoot in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class — a stylish touch to a memorable evening.
We’re happy to share highlights from the event and express our sincere gratitude to our partners for their support in organizing this successful gathering!
